I am working on a follow-up notebook that shows how to do in the Wolfram language the kinds of tensorial calculations explained in this notbook. I separated the explanations Ihere) from the code (to come) to keep the notebooks within a reasonable page count. That new notebook will be a direct descendent of this posting.
