Which latest version of FFmpeg is supported for installation by Mathematica 15?

Download FFmpeg

I tried installing several versions of FFmpeg downloaded from the links above, but none worked. Could you please provide the webpage URL of the latest FFmpeg version that is compatible with Mathematica 15 for installation, as well as the exact download link for the software? Thank you!
