marcel is purchasing a board to build a bookcase. he wants to divide board into 1.75-foot sections. what size board does marcel need?

Perhaps the answer is 7/4 x 4 = 7. But then I am employing an extremely sophisticated computer with parallel associative memory access and advanced pattern recognition capabilities. ;-)
