It's hard to say what might be causing this.
I would reccomend directly contacting the team in charge of this. I believe you can do this by clicking the orange "give feedback" button at the bottom right of the demonstrations page (http://demonstrations.wolfram.com/) and letting them know. Otherwise, I would send an email to Wolfram Technical Support with your package. They should be able to forward the issue to the appropiate team.
