Center the cell out en the file CDF

I want to hide the code in this example.

Is there a way to do this, but without disabling the cell CellProperties-> Open every time?

I want to create a CDF file, but with the hidden code.

Is there a way, so that the cell out appears center in the resulting file CDF?
