Richard Gass from the Department of Physics at University of Cincinnati has written Numerical Solutions to the Schrödinger Equation
in Mathematica. I haven't had the time look at it in detail, but It looks to be an introduction to 1D quantum mechanics and is very detailed. Check it out if interested at http://bit.ly/1iho7HJ
You also might try chapters 2 and 3 in Introduction to Nanoelectronics by Vladimir V. Mitin. I got the books because of my interested in electron transport in semiconductors and nanostructures (see chapter 6-8).
