Does anybody know how to contact Wolfram Media? Every time I send an email to info@wolfram-media.com I get a reply from rt@wolfram.com telling me literally: No permission to create tickets in the queue 'q-wolframmedia-new'

Thank you for taking the time to let us know. I've reported this issue to the appropiate people so that it can get fixed.
I would use this form. It should go to someone who will know how to route your query to the appropiate people at the company:

If there's no cost issue, phone calls to Wolfram Research usually lead quickly to the correct department or person (even if, as my well be the case, you have to leave a voice message with your question and e-mail address).
