Get Mathematica [Input:]Code from WolframAlpha Output ... ?

Is it possible to "translate" a WolframAlpha input into Mathematica/WolframLanguage-Code? The idea would be that I don't need Wolfram Alpha + Internet Connection for every time someone uses the function...

I'm not sure I understand what you mean.

Wolfram|Alpha does translate your input into Mathematica code. But fundamentally, you have to ask Wolfram|Alpha to do that. There are several ways of doing this.
