How do I enter greek symbols in Workbench 2.0?

Posted 11 years ago
This is probably a very simple question.  I would like to use greek symbols in a .m file in Workbench 2.0.  Is it possible to enter greek symbols?  If so could you direct me to documentation on this?

Thanks for your reply - I was actually asking about showing greek symbols in the Workbench editor.  The above example works in Mathematica but would really like to see greek symbols in Workbench.

Usually you just need to type the full name of the greek letter and wrap it with "\[" and "]". For alpha, you can type \ to get the greek letter. This is documented here. If you know how to type a letter in Mathematica, you can easily check the thing by FullForm
