Can anyone tell me how to draw Error bar plot in logarithmic scale??

Did you mean plotting any general function in a logarithmic scale? If so you can use LogPlot[F, {X, A, B}] where F is the function of the variable X along the domain of A to B. Reference LogPlot.nb for an example.
