The following code gives 2 when it seems to me it should give 3.
RegionDimension[ImplicitRegion[z == y, {x, y, z, w}]]
Tested on Mathematica 12.1.1 and Mathematica Online 12.2.
Is this a bug or am I missing something?
With Mathematica 12.0.0 the answer is 0.
