Plot the solution of DSolve[ ]?

I tried solving the following differential equation and plot this solution. But not successful.
Please tell me how to plot this solution.

How to plot the solution?

Can you choose enough simple initial conditions so that the solution does not contain unknown constants and may be simpler? Perhaps then plotting the solution will be easier.
