I created numerous graphics using Drawing Tools. The graphics were then saved as.pdf files. When I Import the graphics into Grid or GraphicsGrid, the graphics are properly displayed with brackets {} surrounding the graphic. I can find nothing in Help that explains why the brackets are there, and how to remove them. How can the brackets be removed?
I suppose the brackets are there to support multipage pdf documents: the imported file is a list of pages. You can remove the brackets either manually or with Import[...]//First
