Understanding Mathematica SHAPPlots

When drawing the SHAPPlots for a dataset, we don’t get the full color range. What is the range?

p = Predict[trainRule, 
  Method -> {"GradientBoostedTrees", MaxTrainingRounds -> 120}]
pd = PredictorMeasurements[p, trainRule, {"SHAPPlots"}]
