The webinar series Using Computation in Your Research and Teaching begins September 23, with sessions updated to take advantage of new and improved functionality in Wolfram Language 15.
The idea behind this series is that computation isn’t limited to any one discipline. Whether you’re working in physics, chemistry, mathematics, engineering, economics or even the social sciences, Wolfram Language provides tools for computationally exploring and answering questions from your field.
Join me and other Wolfram experts as we work through examples from a variety of fields, each starting with approachable applications and building toward more advanced analysis. Each session lasts one hour to fit more easily into your busy schedule and is intended for a wide range of technical backgrounds, with plenty of opportunities to ask questions along the way.
We’re also hosting an Introduction to Wolfram Tech session on October 1 for anyone who wants to become more familiar with Wolfram Notebooks, Wolfram Language and the built-in AI Assistant before getting into the field-specific sessions.

- October 1: Introduction to Wolfram Tech
- October 7: Mathematics Computation with Wolfram Language
- October 14: Computational Social Science with Wolfram Language
- October 21: Engineering Computation with Wolfram Language
- October 28: Computational Economics with Wolfram Language
You can attend whichever topics are most relevant to you or join us throughout the series. Even if you can’t attend live, registering for a lecture will guarantee that you receive the lecture materials and a recording that you can watch on your own time.
