Hi Marco, this was a fun read! I got a 3D printer last week and haven’t had much time to play with it yet, but I thought “maybe I could print one of these examples?”. I took the Yoda output from your notebook, and I was able to bring that figurine from your desk onto mine.. in one function!

To be honest, I didn’t expect much, when I took some other STL files I found online, it was just spewing plastic.. I haven’t graduated to multiple colors myself yet, but after 30 minutes, it’s close enough for me!

My favorite part is that this started as an object on your desk, not a demo example. Thanks for sharing!

I haven’t tried printing it out… I thought this might be a problem because of scaffolding needed for the light saber.
