User Portlet

I am currently finishing a master's program in computational biology. I have worked as a consultant for Wolfram|Alpha for several years, mostly on biological data curation and also presented a talk in the Wolfram Tech Conference on biodiversity data analysis using the Wolfram Language. My research interests include computational neuroscience, collective behavior (especially in ants) and biodiversity.

In my free time I like to take care of my ant colonies, take my cat out for walks, and exploring different handcraft associated hobbies.
