I am an electrical engineer with a BSEE from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology and an MS in Interdisciplinary Engineering from Purdue University.

I am 71 years old and have worked in the electrical industry for my entire career. In 1986 I founded my own electrical consulting firm -- Cadick Corporation. We provide a variety of electrical engineering and technical services for electrical utilitie, large industrial plant, and the maritime industry.

I am still working and, I expect that my retirement party will involve a pine box, six strong helpers, and a "feet-first" exit.

I have always had a great interest in all scientific and mathematical studies. I have used Mathematica only a little - lack of time mostly - but I want to become more familiar with it, especially in the areas of probabilty and statistics, linear algebra, differential equations, and other stuff that I haven't thought of yet.

I live in Garland, TX in the USA. I look forward to participating in the Community.
