I now can upload submissions to the prompt repository. If we can get the panel discussion prompt to allow for a 3rd panelist, I'd like to do that. Otherwise it can be tidied a little and be submitted with 2 panelists, a moderator, and a topic.
No. You need to connect to an LLM that runs elsewhere, and you probably need a paid account. They are too large to run on your computer.
Comment for @ChristopherWolfram: There are various flavors of the ChatGPT PlugIn store. I don't currently have the option to add plugins in mine. Only to use the boilerplate ones. I presume I can solve this by asking OpenAI to change it?
Do I need to give it my OpenAI API? If so, how?
