Adiba is a post-doctoral research fellow in the theoretical physics department at TIFR, Mumbai. She did her PhD at the IIT Bombay investigating heavy flavour transport in viscous quark-gluon plasma. She is interested in working with various high-energy physics topics, particularly QCD/strong interaction, like heavy flavour dynamics and QCD at finite temperatures. She has been a part of the LHC-CMS collaboration for a brief time performing experimental analysis and electronics testing for high-luminosity detector upgrades.

In addition to her research pursuits, she is passionate about sharing her knowledge and is keen to develop teaching initiatives for undergraduate and postgraduate students.

As an alumna of Wolfram Research, Inc.'s educational programs, Adiba remains actively engaged with the company's academic outreach efforts.
