Gay Wilson, RD, LDN, is a registered dietitian/nutritionist and the food data curator for Wolfram Research. She is a graduate of the University of Tennessee, with a master’s degree in Family and Consumer Sciences. Her role at Wolfram Research allows her to explore computational food and nutrition.
