Have you realised some of your future plans?

Thank you for your interest!

Yes, I have worked on 4 and 5.

4) Investigate mandala morphing and animations.

5) Making a domain specific language of specifications for mandala creation and modification.

Hopefully, I will post the progress/results soon...

I have to say that it was much more important to productize (software-wise) the different ingredients of this post. A list of functions posted at GitHub and Wolfram Function Repository (WFR) follows.

Some years ago I dreamed of a computer algorithm that could out do Kris Davidson at designing mandalas, but this is a far off idea considering his travels and skill with free hand drawing. Maybe your future algorithm can study his technique.

I think your idea is worthwhile, and you seem to be getting good results. The difficulty is as follows: you want the computer algorithm to learn, but how do you send a computer on a sacred journey to India?

As with any work of science, it may take many generations to complete. Perhaps someday we will have a robot who can travel to different locations throughout the world and study the work of geometers and spiritualists alike. To make a futurama / Ram Das joke: "From Bender to Ojas".

Thank you for your note. I like the art of Kris Davidson...
