How loud can 22,000 cell phones be?

A man recently stole 22,000 cell phones. Then he crashed into a telephone pole.

But I wondered about how loud they could have gotten if they'd all been activated and put into alarm mode, and then allowed to sync in some way.

Lets asume a 28x28x28 block of cell phone stacked in the truck, at some unit distance apart. How synchronized can the sound pulses get?

If all the cellphones are exactly positions such that they are in phase for the listener it would add 
N[10 Log10[22000]]
Out[] = 43.4242

decibels to the original sound. How well they are synchronized is very hard to guess; it depends on the frequency of the tune (if not multiple) the weather-conditions (hot/cold, pressure,...) position of the observer...
