Did you end up teaching this course/project? If so I would like to see some of the notebooks if you are comfortable with that. In particular, I am interested in seeing the details of doing voice recognition with the help of Fourier analysis, I assume by using some form of the DFT. I was looking for just that when I found this post. I understand that it should work but I myself haven't been able to make it work or even figure out the proper comparison of frequency space results. Were you able to find away to make a comparison without using ML or statistics? Great write up . I hope to hear back from you. Thanks.
