PAOH Hypergraphs for Wolfram Models

Posted 4 years ago

Did a PAOH demo notebook, ran it for all 917 or so registered models. Let me know if this is useful for anyone.

PAOH stands for Parallel Aggregated Ordered Hypergraph - a link here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hypergraph.

It is a way of viewing hypergraphs that is different - "flattens" the view, shows edges "separated". I built it because I thought I heard Stephen ask about it during a working session and it seemed like something I could do.

ALSO - attaching an improved version, allowing self-loops, ANY wolfram compatible rule even if not registered. Run first cell for setup, then tweak the function call at bottom to play.
