I have saved in my hard drive the notebook from the following Wolfram library archive (lapidus.nb). https://library.wolfram.com/infocenter/MathSource/5980/ I was able to run it I think up to version 9, but unfortunately in the last Mathematica version it doesn't open to something meaningful even if I try both suggested options such as: - convert to updated styling or - revert to older styling. What can we do in such cases with old notebooks ?
