Is there a way to install Wolfram Engine in a portable manner on Windows?Currently the setup requires Admin rights, I was wondering, is there a way to install it without such privileges?

It has nothing to do with the size. It has to do with the fact the installer of Wolfram Engine requires Admin rights.
