Inputting word problems into Wolfram Alpha Pro

Posted 10 years ago
I am new to Alpha Pro and I am trying to input a calculas question or anyother course as it is written in the book.

Suppose the interval [ - 4, - 2] is partitioned into n = 4 subintervals. What is the length (Delta)x? List the grid points x0, x1, x2, x3, x4. Which points are used for the left, right, and midpoint Riemann sums?

Can you input it this way or do i need to learn some Alpha Pro programming language?
Can you just copy and past the question directly from the book or not?
Last question.
If I need to learn the language where do I go.
