Beautiful stuff! Perfect opacity setting. I have wondered for a while why nobody has created visualizations of Thomas Myers's Anatomy Trains (available in his textbook; short description available here)). I plan to have an image showing only the muscles/tendons in the DFAL and DBAL -- perhaps a different color for each. I'm interested in visualizing the co-activation of these lines: a way to achieve dynamic rigidity (just-in-time rigidity?) in the arms. These models will be great props to speak about those things.

The superficial and deep arm lines

I have added some code and lists to now also generate images of all upper limb muscles.

A more comprehensive notebook is attached that now also includes some code i used to generate my markdown files for the jekyll based website.
