Themes or more robust syntax highlighting

I've used the syntax highlighting in VSCode for Wolfram Language. I'm curious how to get a similar look with the just Mathematica's built-in options in Appearance and Syntax Coloring. Has anyone messed around with themes or a different background color for their notebook?

How can I reproduce the below with only the options in the Appearance Syntax Coloring menu?
