I've updated the paclet to allow for wider compatability.
I published the paclet using Wolfram version 13.3 so the default WolframVersion was set to "13.3+".
The paclet should be compatible with version 11.2 or later so I've updated the paclet and set the WolframVersion to "11.2+".
If you have version 11.2 or later, you should now be able to install the latest version of the paclet (1.0.2)
Try installing it again, I hope it works this time!
