I have been trying unsuccessfully to add a notebook (not attach) to a post on the forum. I have created the notebook and published it to my cloud account with access for anyone. I log into my cloud account and verify the the notebook is in my published folder. I open the notebook in my cloud account and copy the URL. The documentation in the Community Read This First says I should see this when I open the Add Notebook dialog: 
But when I open the "Add Notebook" dialog I see this: 
Notice there is no "Must check to proceed" check box. So I paste the URL I copied from the open file in my cloud account. When I click Add Notebook I get an error saying to use a valid URL. But it looks OK to me.
I have also tried to add the notebook from my laptop. In this case, the check box for connecting to my cloud account is missing. And the add does not work. It adds a descriptor text of some kind, but the notebook does not appear in the preview.
This is using MMA 14.2 and Win 10 Pro.
Any help is appreciated!
