I could with V14.2. Why can I no longer scroll my touch screen with my finger with V14.3?

Thank you to all who responded. And, in particular, thank you, Jay Gourley, who perfectly explained the issue. And although I like the changes brought about in Version 14.3, the lack of scrolling via the touchscreen is such a pain to me that I simply went back to Version 14.2. Hopefully, the original touchscreen behaviour will be reinstated. Until then, I'll stick with 14.2

Yes, we've gotten a couple reports of this bug now. It was a regression that went unnoticed in the run-up to the 14.3 release (I guess not many internal or pre-release testers have or use their touchscreens in this way), but we're in the process of fixing it now for future releases.

I see what you mean! However, If I scroll up near the top right and down near the bottom right of the displayed part of the notebook it works.

Same here. I could scroll with touchscreen in 14.2. Cannot in 14.3 on Windows 11 Pro. Seems odd this now 11-day-old post has not generated more activity.
