Hi Luis if youuse Graphics[] instead of rasterizing the text you should get you result you were aiming for:
im = ExampleData[{"TestImage", "Lena"}]; ImageCompose[im, Graphics[Text[Style["SOLVED", "Title", Green, Bold, 70]]]]
