When add column, shortcut doesn't work

Hi, when I add column to a matrix, the shortcut ctrl+, doesn't work. It functions well at win 7 before I upgrade my os to win 10. I'm not sure if the shortcut is captured by the os. Could you help me?

Yeah, it's OK with Basic Math Assistant. The shortcut works well in another win 10 pc. Maybe I should reset the shortcut of mma, but I don't know how to do.

Can you add a column using the Basic Math Assistant? It is available in the Palettes menu from the toolbar.

Go to: Palettes > Basic Math Assistant > Advanced

If so, then you should look up how to change or disable certain keyboard shortcuts for Windows 10.
