Simple 2D Fluid dynamics pipe flow model.

I am trying to visualise contours for a simple pipe flow, I can’t seem to find a notebook online.
I want to write a little about the capabilities of mathematica for computational fluid dynamics as part of my masters thesis.

I tried importing the code in the following documentation for the simple fluid flow at the bottom of the page, however it seems to bring errors.

the pipe only needs to be a simple rectangle with an inlet on the left and outlet on the right.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

I copied the cells out of the reference. It does seem to work in 10.3. I attach the notebook.

Thank you so much for the reply. Sorry about the late response, I am currently without internet. Perhaps the problem was that I was using Mathematica 9.
