Yes, I experience an issue.
When I try to write my reply in the following page: https://community.wolfram.com/groups/-/m/t/20688
I always receive the message : "Message Boards is temporarily unavailable."
I can view that one too.

The last post is very, very old, and I tried many times to follow Vitaliy Kaurov's suggestion to write: "Now it's your turn!" But every time, I received an error message.
