Thanks, I fixed it and uploaded the updated version. There is sill some problem for a few countries such as UK and US for some reason.
(and the same correction for the other plot code at the bottom of the notebook)

I think the covidCountryPlot code in the notebook should be:
FreeQ[#AdministrativeDivision, _Missing]
and not:
FreeQ[#AdministrativeDivision, Missing]
