Emergent Hubble horizons from system emerging from nothingness

I present here finally my newest paper that lays out the horizon argument in greater detail with mathematical derivation of the growth constraint. I make a number of comparisons to the Wolfram Model in this paper and I am interested as to what people make of the findings, the philosophical motivation and SERD model in general. In particular I am interested in what people make of the claim in footnote 14 that the global time is defined as the time it takes for all elements to decide on one action and then that information to be shared with thier nearest neighbours and what relationship that has to the way global time is defined in the wolfram model. Please feel free to contact me at tommyleonwood@gmail.com for any discussions relating to this.
