This does indeed seem very unusual. It has been 9 months since the last version, and such a long gap has never been seen in the entire revision history. I wonder what happened to them.

Prior to version 7 the update schedule was irregular, but since then Wolfram seems to release a new "point zero" version every 26 months on average. Since version 7, the shortest point zero release interval was 20 months (between versions 9 and 10), and the longest was 32 months (between versions 12 and 13).

Using the average interval we would already have expected to see version 15 in March 2026. Using the longest interval, we could expect it by September 2026.

Bottom line, we will probably see version 15 sometime between now and September.
